Shipping & Returns

Applies to: Bestie Barks

At Bestie Barks, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
     
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
     

2. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.
     
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order or a flat rate shipping will be offered.
     
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
     
  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bestie Barks is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for claims or issues with delivery.
     

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We do our best to pack every order carefully.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at linda@ingoldretrievers.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
     
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
     
  3. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.
     

4. Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our products are pet-related and cannot be resold once opened, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
     
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
     
  • To start a return, email us at linda@ingoldretrievers.com with your order number and reason for return.
     

Once your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive return instructions via email.
     
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
     
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
     

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used pet products.
     
  • Clearance or final sale items.
     
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.
     

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All puppy sales, deposits, and related terms, including health guarantees and refund policies, are covered in a separate written agreement provided directly to puppy buyers.
