This Shipping & Refund Policy explains how we process orders, shipments, and returns for items purchased through our online store.  By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following:
Note: These policies apply only to retail product purchases made through Bestie Barks.
Puppy sales, deposits, or applications through Ingold Retrievers are covered under separate breeder agreements and are not eligible for refunds under this policy.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
For Flat Rate ($5.99) the order will be shipped with USPS First Class USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. The shipping method is dependent but not limited to package weight and delivery location. CBD Dog Health reserves the right to utilize an alternative carrier when needed.
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or holidays).
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time frame:
Promotions and Discounts
Bestie Barks only honors promotions, coupons or discounts marketed by CBD Dog Health. Coupon codes provided by Bestie Barks cannot be combined with other coupon codes at checkout (one coupon code per purchase). Coupon codes cannot be used on products already discounted from the retail price.
 
Returns & Refunds
Because we sell consumable pet products, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or recalled.
